Try something new. Large selection at the buffet, various salads as well as warm side dishes. Service at the beginning friendly, but a bit intrusive. Later no more drinks were brought. A lady takes the orders in the whole restaurant, which Dan will quickly forget. The meat is on skewers and is cut down at the table. You get 2 discs per run (30-50 grams.) However, many things did not come to us. Read 4 different skewers from 9. The ambience is very loud and it is very cold in the restaurant.
Delicacies from the Rodizio grill and buffet.
Well, I guess it's a matter of taste. Buffet has its selection, is always refilled. For my taste, mainly the salads could be natural and not full of oil ... very pronounced spiciness, especially garlic everywhere. The meat (rodízio, different types) can't be compared to Brazil, of course, but it's okay. Always served fresh and mostly warm. But I'm not sure about the quality of the meat ... Service and staff are ok, seem a bit tense. The entire interior is good: pleasant colors and great decoration, bright ambience with lots of plants. but everything needs some care (and cleaning). Toilets are also ok, clean but in the whole area you can tell that there is a lack of attention. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but offers plenty of space for many guests. Reservation is easy. I think the price per person is a bit too high overall. One would also have to put in the address more easily to find.
Absolutely not recommended. Was with my Brazilian friend and wanted to surprise her, but she just thought it was terrible. Way too expensive. Save the money for something else.
Great ambience and incredibly delicious, typical Brazilian food. The staff were very friendly and gave you good advice. The absolute highlight, the meat on the spit. Unfortunately I have to deduct two stars because it was really clear in the restaurant. We were there on September 27th, 2020 and there was no heating on although it was only 8 degrees. Unfortunately, that made a cozy meal almost impossible.
We were here for the first time yesterday and were absolutely thrilled. Very well-stocked buffet, friendly staff and great meat. We were particularly impressed by the super tender Picanha and will definitely come back.
The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and accommodating Recommendable
Really good Brazilian food! ?
Absolute disappointment! There were four of us here, we drove an extra 1.5 hours! When we arrived there was not much going on, but we were not served for 15 minutes and our drinks took another 15 minutes. But that wasn't so bad, there are always new employees or something else and then it takes a while. The reason for the rating is the really really bad meat, the most important thing in a Rodízio! It was tough, it didn't taste good, and it was dry! It's a shame to call it Rodízio, because it has nothing to do with it! The only thing that was ok were the side dishes ... We will definitely not go there anymore, I'd rather grill something decent at home ... Really, VERY disappointed!
Very good, great food and friendly and helpful staff, I will be back for sure!
Very good food, original Brazilian cuisine and authentic. Great service and friendly staff.
Authentic Brazilian restaurant. Great meat quality, great buffet and friendly service. It felt like new, very good meat came to the table every 5 minutes. Everything was fine. Highly Recommended.
Friendly service Delicious meat on the spit in many varieties as much as you can eat and decent side dishes buffet You can park in front of the house. Restaurant upstairs in the attic. Terrace available.
Simply delicious. The meat is super tender and soft ... delicious, delicious, delicious to recommend. I'll be back ??❤❤
Unfortunately the second time we didn't like it (except for the pineapple), the meat was mostly very bland.
Have made a reservation and are now standing in front of closed doors. Have driven 50 km for free. Nobody answers the phone either.
Have been there several times and have always been very satisfied. This time on July 20th Reserved by phone to celebrate your wedding anniversary. When we got there after an hour's drive (60 km) we were standing in front of closed doors. Apparently due to insufficient reservations. I expect good service to provide information by phone in such a case. So we drove 120 km for free.
Great variety
The restaurant is on the top floor of an industrial building in Tamm. Of course, the building cannot radiate flair, especially not if you go up in the narrow typical office building elevator. You first enter the somewhat untidy roof terrace - in all seriousness - only then to get back into the building or the restaurant. When the terrace opens again, it must be nice out here. The restaurant is spacious, if not cozy: just too large endless window fronts, but it is very clean and there is space. RomaRio existed three times in Germany; now only in Tamm and Baden-Baden. Before Corona times, these restaurants were also known for their salsa and kizomba events or other Brazilian culture. A churrascaria is a traditional restaurant from southern Brazil, which mainly serves grilled meat (churrasco). In Germany these restaurants are often called "Rodizio-Restaurant". The staff are exclusively Brazilian, friendly, sometimes somewhat self-sufficient, with sufficient to good knowledge of German. I only have to report a little on the menu, see p. Photo. Here you go for churrasco, delicious meat skewers that are in an eternal cycle from the fire to the table and back. The waiters bring them over and over again and you decide what and whether you want or not. Chicken hearts, lamb, picanha and the caramelized pineapple were particularly tasty, but everyone decides for themselves. Churrasco costs € 28.90 per person, all you can eat, and salads and warm side dishes can be taken from the buffet. So you will always take a fresh plate and only a few side dishes (with a mouth guard during Corona times) at the buffet, and then you will be served chunks of freshly brought meat: The roasted meat is served on the skewer directly at the table. One of the grill masters individually cuts a desired number of meat slices from the skewer at the table. You get so many different types of meat at regular intervals. We stayed just under 3 hours, and yes, it is very easy to eat too much. I can highly recommend the caipirinhas: € 7.50 for an estimated 0.25 l. Perfectly mixed; one of the best caipirinhas I've ever had and I've been to South America. PS: The Corona protective measures were implemented perfectly, so that I would come back anytime. Tables covered only with a sufficient distance of approx. 4 meters, cleaning with disinfectant afterwards. Staff wore non-stop mask (with the Brazilian flag on it. Lovable!), Guests wore the mask when they went in and out and really always at the buffet. Perfect! Only 4 instead of 5 stars because Churrasco is not haute cuisine in the end and because the space is not so cozy.
Cool!
Good barbecue, but not a good service. It's a brazillian restaurant by a Brazilian owner. The waiters are brazilians and I'm too, but they refused to talk in Portuguese and kept talk in German. The meal was great with very typical brazilian foods, but beefs are not the same cut as in Brazil but anyway it was very tasty. You can find rice, beans, farofa, brazilian mayonese, kibe, coxinha, etc.
lovely staff amazing food with a broad variety of meat, sides and salads good drinks too
Yum yum ???
Ok
Great food however the service was really slow and a bit unfriendly. Waiting for a long time for an order or payment. Nobody comes to check up on us. The buffet table was also empty and not refilled
It was good. There are many different side dishes at the buffet and the plentiful and delicious. The fact that the meat is cut directly at the table, fresh from the spit is really great, the waiting time between the different types of meat is perfect. Meat is always hot and you never have to wait long. Waitresses are very attentive and friendly. It does not get 5 stars because the ambiance is more of a sports restaurant. Price-performance ratio with just under 29 € p.P., okay.
Yummy food and lots of meat
The food and the meat was good. Really Brazilian BQQ. The service fails a bit. I would come back.
Very nice staff, thanks. The food was delicious and a lot.
The food it was good and the location may surprise you...The service needs to be improved.
The meat was very delicious tho
The Brazilian churrasco is good. Can be compared with what you find in Brazil. The buffet with Brazilian food offers also option for vegetarian. Unfortunately the offer of prime meat like picanha, alcatra are rare and the prime meat pieces come not very often. What one would expect by that price. They also don't have filet mignon, wild hog, etc...
I came here as I had to use my gift card before it expired. The concept is Brazilian but the food is not. Warning: if you are vegetarian, do not come here. There is a vegetarian menu with a buffet selection and then pineapple and bread served at the table. The buffet menu is not labeled at all, so you honestly don’t know what you will be eating. If you have allergies, well good luck. We had to wait 15 minutes even though we had a reservation. Our server was really nice but then left during our meal and we were left with an unfriendly staff member. We did not want to order the menu everyone had as the meat selection was a bit dodgy for that price, so we ordered the meat plate from the kitchen and the fish plate. When we received the meat plate, it consisted of marinated beef, onions, salad and tomatoes. The beef was well done, which is a bit sad. It was also a bit salty for my taste. The fish menu turned out to be prawns on a Spieß that was served at the table, not on a plate. It took almost more than half and hour to get as they kept forgetting about us. If you order from the menu, the waiters will still come to your table asking you if you want the food from the Spieß as they can’t even realize you didn’t order the menu. We kept telling them we didn’t order it, but I’m sure others could get away with getting everything for free. This is definitely a place for groups and not for a quiet night. The service is like American style where everything is rushed. When we received our bill, we waited many minutes for them to take our money. One waitress came to the table and took the one remaining beer glass on the table but not our money. Honestly, if the bill is ok the table and no plates, would you not at least ask if we need anything else or should they take the bill? It was a different experience, but it has nothing to do with Brazil nor the food. I would not come here again.
Delicious eating...
Nice place! The side dishes are really good and there is a great variety. The meat, if compared to Brazil, is not as good as but definitely worth the visit! Also the staff is great!
It's ok
Nice !
Very nice place, and has a nice buffet with all you can eat brazilian dishes, and you can also choose to have all you can eat grilled meat of different varieties that is served on the table every couple of minutes. It was quiet an enjoyable place.
Nice Brazilian traditional churrascaria. Well recomended for having a taste of cow meat cuts...
Very good meat, but the buffet is not really Brazilian food
Show
My husband and I went to lunch today and were very happy. The buffet has a lot to offer and tastes very delicious; Different meat was brought to the table again and again and cut off directly from the skewer. The staff is friendly and nice. A nice side effect is the prospect of Tamm. It will not be the last time we have eaten there.
